Aberdeen High Income Trust Plc now holds 200,000 Ordinary 10p shares
representing 1.03% of the issued class of capital.

The total number of  Ordinary 10p shares managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers
Limited and its associated companies is 3,200,000, representing 16.45% of the
issued class of capital (Previously 15.42%).
