Following a Section 198 notification the Company was today informed by Jupiter
Asset Management Limited that further to a transaction on 4 September 2000 in
Ordinary 10p shares of the Company, Jupiter Extra Income Trust PLC no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Company.

Jupiter Asset Management Limited does not hold any shares beneficially, but
holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
