Following a section 198 notification, the Company was informed on 3 April 2000
that, further to a transaction on 28 March 2000, Jupiter Asset Management
Limited has an interest in 2,460,000 Ordinary shares,representing 12.64% of
the issued class of capital. Jupiter Asset Management Limited, on behalf of
its client,The Investment Trust of Investment Trusts PLC,also notified the
Company that The Investment Trust of Investment Trusts PLC has an interest in
1,320,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.78% of the issued class of capital.

The breakdown of Ordinary shares held by Jupiter Asset Management Limited, as
an Investment Manager, as at 30 March 2000 is as follows:-
