Following a Section 198 notification the Company was today informed that
further to a transaction on 24 March 2000 in Ordinary 10p shares of the
Company, Jupiter Asset Management Limited now has an interest in 2,430,000
Ordinary 10p shares, representing 12.49% of the issued class of capital.

Jupiter Asset Management Limited does not hold any shares beneficially, but
holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
