Pursuant to enquiries under S212, the Company was informed today that Scottish
Equitable Asset Management plc have an interest in 1,380,000 Ordinary 10p
shares, representing 7.09% of the issued class of capital.  The shares are
held in a variety of Broker Funds which are owned by Scottish Equitable and
run by the following Broker Fund Advisers who also have an interest in the
shares:-
