Grant of Restricted Share
Units and Ordinary shares awards
Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech
group operating technology-based trading platforms, announces that
on 31 December 2024 in line with previous
years, it granted Restricted Share Units
("RSUs"), LTIP awards and ordinary shares under the Company's 2025
deferred bonus scheme, to Executive Directors, PDMRs and/or their
PCAs and certain employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, in
respect of their remuneration packages for the 2025 financial year,
as follows:

137,143 RSUs over Ordinary Shares to certain PDMRs and/or their
PCAs, in respect of their remuneration packages for the 2025
financial year. Each RSU represents an unfunded, unsecured right to
receive, on the applicable settlement date, one Ordinary Share
(subject to certain performance goals).
·
250,762 RSUs over Ordinary Shares to certain employees of the
Company and its subsidiaries, in respect of their remuneration
packages for the 2025 financial year. Each RSU represents an
unfunded, unsecured right to receive, on the applicable settlement
date, one Ordinary Share (subject to certain performance
goals).
·
LTIP awards in respect of 253,962 Ordinary Shares under the
Company's 2025 LTIP awards to Executive Directors and PDMRs and/or
their PCAs. On 31 December 2027, the vesting date, the Company will
announce the number of Ordinary Shares (out of the Ordinary Shares
held in treasury) which have vested. The number of Ordinary Shares
to be allotted for the 2025 LTIP awards will be calculated based on
a price of 1,467 pence per Ordinary Share as adjusted for
shareholder returns.

169,308 Ordinary Shares under the Company's 2025 deferred bonus
scheme. The number of Ordinary Shares to be allotted for the 2025
deferred bonus scheme will be calculated based on a price
of 1,467 pence per Ordinary Share as adjusted for
shareholder returns.
·
LTIP awards in respect of 12,015 Ordinary Shares under the
Company's 2025 LTIP awards to PDMRs and/or their PCAs. On 31
December 2027, the vesting date, the Company will announce the
number of Ordinary Shares (out of the Ordinary Shares held in
treasury) which have vested. The number of Ordinary Shares to be
allotted for the 2025 LTIP awards will be calculated based on a
price of 2,497 pence per Ordinary Share as adjusted for
shareholder returns.
The notifications below, made in
accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation
as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, provide further details.
