The Board of Playgolf announces that Michael Mealey, Executive Chairman, sold
390,000 Ordinary Shares on 4 March 2008, at a price of 5p per share, to his Self
Invested Personal Pension Scheme.


Following this transaction, there is no change to Mr Mealey's ultimate
beneficial holding.
