Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and services provider, announces that Liam McGrath, Chief Operating Officer, has tendered his resignation to the Company.

The Board wishes Liam well for the future and has started the process to find a successor. Liam will step down from the Board by the end of October, allowing for an orderly handover of his responsibilities.
