received notification on 23 July 2008 from Macquarie Group Limited that as at 21 July 2008 Macquarie Bank Limited is interested in 1,494,817
ordinary shares of US$0.50 each in the Company, representing approximately 3.41 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
