The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company repaid its
€52.3m and £3m term loan facilities to The Royal Bank of Scotland International
on 14 June 2002. The attendant break costs in respect of associated interest
rate swaps, amounting to €3.33m and £216,000 respectively on these facilities,
were also paid on that date.
