   Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc announces that on 12 December 2013, 3,321,172 
Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 677 subscribers 
at a price of 96.9 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 
3 September 2013. 
 
   The following directors were allotted shares and their total holdings 
are detailed below: 
 
   Mark Hawkesworth           16,922 Ordinary Shares (0.0591% of the issued 
share capital) 
 
   David Bundred                  5,289 Ordinary Shares (0.0185% of the 
issued share capital) 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 
31 December 2013. 
 
   The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
28,608,649 Ordinary Shares.
