the Company at 65p per share on 6 October 2000:-

Mr Derek Lovelock, Chief Executive, acquired 15,000 representing 0.03% of the
issued share capital, and now has a beneficial interest in 25,000 representing
0.05% of the issued share capital. 

Mr Dominic Lavelle, Finance Director, acquired 10,000, representing 0.02% of
the issued share capital, and now has a beneficial interest in 10,000
representing 0.02% of the issued share capital.
