notification on 12 January 2010 that Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC 
("Franklin") now has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted 
in Franklin holding a total of 10,804,020 ordinary shares representing 
approximately 9.01% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.
