The Company was notified yesterday that on 16 December 2003 David Johnson, Chief
Operating Officer of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 243
pence per share.  As a result of this transaction Mr Johnson currently has a
beneficial interest in 39,989 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.15
per cent of the current issued share capital of that class.
