That was a compromise: to "satisfy" the investment community and show an action was taken.
At the same time the spot on the company BOD was still granted to him so he could continue maintaining his wealth by getting paid with shares, etc. As well as continue uising his previously established connections (if any are still relevant to the company business).
A win-win step for the company LOL.

Was there a major screw up? Yes. I think he wouldn't have gotten a position on the board if he was to blame and I guess the buck stopped with him.

RH did not retire. He got retired as a result of his handling the private place and the resulting crushing of the stock. as a result of his mishandling he stayed onboard as a figure head. When the second phase of the PP was concluded he was show the door.

I'm sure they gave Rouf a nice retirement package for his pump and dilution contributions.

seems like only a couple posters left here lately and not much really being said, anyways I thought I'd look back at the PP news releases, and in the 2nd one on June 13th it read

when I first read that back in June I remember being disappointed it did not mention "anticipated production ramp for 800Gb" in Hyper-DC builds, then a few days later RH retired, I guess not totally unexpected due to health reasons, but to have RH and Bonnie jettison when they did is not all that encouraging

anyways, I wish Longs all the best, I'm still keeping a close eye for those 2nd half orders, I presume if significant they would PR them, also curious to see what the quarterly report says, will there be any revenue for 1Q 2024?

GARYM1 - I don;t see your commentary as argumentative. I think we are all frustrated with the procrastinated market

at this stage they need a production scale order ($2 mil) to validate to the market that they are for real. I expect that would get it back to 60 cents. After that, if they can scale with the market, they should become competitive radar markers.
