    Metalrax Group PLC (the 'Company'), the niche supplier of specialist engineering and consumer durable products, received notification on
6 November 2008, that James Leek purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") at 11.75p per Share on 5 November
2008. Mr Leek's beneficial interest in the Company has, as a result, increased to 3,790,500 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.16
per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
