    Metalrax Group PLC (the 'Company'), the niche supplier of specialist engineering and consumer durable products, received notification
today, that Ian Paling, Non-Executive Director, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") at 20.6p per Share on
the same day. Mr Paling's beneficial interest in the Company is, as a result of this purchase, 30,000 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 0.025 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
