    Metalrax Group PLC (the 'Company'), the niche supplier of specialist engineering and consumer durable products, received notification
today, that Michael Stock, Group Finance Director, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") at 19.5p per Share
on the same day. Mr Stock's beneficial interest in the Company has, as a result, increased to 60,000 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
