DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

The Company was notified on 25 October 2007 that, on 24 October 2007, Mr W D
Kelly, Group Finance Director, was granted options over 20,869 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's 2007 SAYE Share Option
Plan The options will vest on the third anniversary of grant and are
exerciseable at 46p per Share. The options will expire six months after they
become exercisable. Following this grant, Mr Kelly holds a total of 20,869
options over the Company's Shares.
