                            Director's shareholding


The Company has been notified today that Steve Ayres, Chief Executive of the 
Company, has today acquired 12,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price
of 80 pence per share.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Ayres' interest in the share capital of the 
Company is now 312,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each representing 
approximately 2.94 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
