Lovell to carry out #76m of housing improvements in Hammersmith & Fulham
Housing refurbishment specialist Lovell, a division of Morgan Sindall plc, has
been selected by Hammersmith & Fulham Housing Management Services ("HFHMS") to
work on its major Decent Homes housing modernisation programme in West London.
Lovell will be carrying out #32 million of improvement work to 2,300 homes in
the Hammersmith Central area over four years. The company will also be
undertaking modernisation work worth #44 million to 2,900 homes in the Fulham
North area. The work is due to start in January 2007.
Lovell is one of five contractors appointed by HFHMS to bring housing stock up
to the Government's Decent Homes standard by 2010.
