DIRECTOR DEALING

The Company was informed on 28 December 2013 that Colin Harris, Non Executive Director of London Mining Plc, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 December 2013 through a nominee company at the price of 101 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Colin Harris is the beneficial owner of 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
