London Mining, the UK based developer of mines for the global steel industry, announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 138,425,408 ordinary shares of GBP0.002 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 138,425,408.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

London Mining is an expanding producer of high specification iron ore for the global steel industry and is focused on identifying, developing and operating sustainable mines. London Mining commenced sales from the Marampa mine in Sierra Leone in 2012 and expects to reach production capacity of 5Mtpa in 2013. A prefeasibility study was completed in 2011 which shows that Marampa has resources to support a staged expansion of over 16Mtpa. London Mining has also completed bankable feasibility studies outlining plans for a further 20Mtpa of iron ore production by developing two other mines in Greenland and Saudi Arabia.
