Director Dealing and New Issue of Shares

London Mining announces that on 13 June 2012 it has issued 27,000 new shares to Dr Colin Knight, the Chairman of the Board of London Mining following the exercise of options granted under the terms of the London Mining plc No.1 Share Option Plan (the "Share Option Plan"). The new share capital in London Mining will accordingly be 138,343,960.

The options were exercised on 13 June 2012 at a strike price of GBP 1.74 per share. After this transaction, Mr. Knight holds 467,000 shares in London Mining and 133,000 options over shares in London Mining granted under the terms of the Share Option Plan.

Further to the announcement setting out the grant of share incentive awards on 12 June 2012 London Mining would like to revise the notification relating to Luciano Ramos, Executive Director to note that the nil-cost option award under the London Mining Plc Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Deferred Awards") over 420,930 Ordinary Shares granted to L Ramos may be exercised subject to continued employment with the Company between the second and tenth anniversaries of the grant date rather than being exercisable between the third and tenth anniversaries of the grant date as previously announced.
