    Posting of Annual Report and AGM Notice


    Luminar Group Holdings Plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1 p.m on Wednesday 16 July 2008 at the offices of
CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, Mitre House, 160 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4DD.

    In connection with this, copies of the following documents, which have been posted to shareholders, have been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility:

    *     the Annual Report and Accounts 2008; 
    *     the Notice of 2008 Annual General Meeting; and
    *     the Proxy Form for the 2008 Annual General Meeting.

    Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting included will also shortly be available to view
on the Company's website at www.luminar.co.uk

    The Company further announces that it has, in accordance with DTR 6.1.2 submitted a draft of the Company's proposed revised Articles of
Association to the UK Listing Authority.  

    These revised Articles of Association will be considered at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting.  

    A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the Appendix to the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
