    After four years of service as a Non Executive Director, Richard Brooke has today stepped down from the Board.  Richard is increasingly
focused on his other business interests, in particular the development of Setanta Sports Holdings Limited where he is an Executive Director.


    The Board wishes to thank Richard for his contribution to the Company and his input to the Board. We wish him well for the future.
