PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES & TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Luminar plc announces that it has today purchased for cancellation 77,000
ordinary shares of 25p each at an average price of 649.7192 per share. The
highest price paid was 652.5p and the lowest price paid was 648p

Following today's purchase the capital of the Company consists of 68,174,477
ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 68,174,477.
