After three years as a Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit
Committee Martin Gatto has today stepped down from the Board. He will be
succeeded by John Jackson as Chairman of the Audit Committee.


The Board wishes to thank Martin for his contribution to the company and his
input to the Board.  We wish him well for the future.
