The Board of Luminar plc (the "Company") announces that further to the
disclosure regarding unallocated warrants, under the 1999 Warrant Scheme Trust,
in the Company's 2007 Annual Report that the Remuneration Committee has
confirmed the allocation of 1,586,379 warrants for the benefit of Stephen
Thomas.
