LUMINAR PLC



Luminar PLC announces that Brendan McLoughlin, Commercial Development Director
has decided to leave the Company and will stand down from the Board with effect
from 30th of November 2006. Brendan has worked for Luminar for 17 years in a
number of different roles and the Board would like to publicly state its
gratitude for his many years of hard work and his unique contribution to the
growth and development of the Company.



Luminar is pleased to announce the appointment of David Haimes (aged 43) to the
new post of Managing Director (Operations). He will be responsible for the
operating divisions including Marketing.  David will report to the Executive
Board.



Most recently, David was Managing Director of Tchibo (Great Britain) from 2003
to 2006.  From 1995 to 2003 he held various positions at Yum Brands
International where his last role was General Manager of Pizza Hut, Germany.
