Harry Willits, Company Secretary of Luminar plc, has resigned from the Company
and will be leaving on 3rd November.  Following his departure, his
responsibilities will be carried out by David Morris whilst a successor is
sought. David has been Assistant Company Secretary of Luminar plc for the last 2
years. The recruitment process is well advanced and the Company will look to
make an appointment shortly.


The Board wishes to express its thanks to Harry for his contribution during the
3 years he has been with the Company.
