Kofax Limited:Block listing

Irvine, CA, 21 January 2014 - Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ and LSE: KFX), a leading provider of smart process applications for the business critical First MileTM of customer interactions, announces that applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to: (i) the Official List; and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, respectively, in relation to a block listing of 7,700,000 common shares with a par value of $0.001 each in respect of their potential issue in connection with the Company's Kofax 2012 Equity Incentive Plan.

The relevant shares will rank equally with the existing issued common shares of the Company.
