IRF European Finance Investments Ltd. (the 'Company') has today been informed
that on 26 June 2007 Sheldon Goldman, a director of the Company, acquired 58,420
warrants to acquire common shares in the Company representing 0.43 per cent. of
the Company's issued warrants.  These warrants were acquired at price of $0.35
per warrant.  Prior to this purchase, Sheldon Goldman did not own any warrants
in the Company.
