HEADLINE: Disposals of Property 
 
The Directors are pleased to confirm the completion of two separate and 
previously announced disposals. 
 
In December 2013, the sale of two office buildings at Rozendal Park in 
Hoeilaart, Belgium completed at a price of EUR7.96 million. This compares with 
the independent valuation of EUR7.8 million prevailing at the time terms were 
agreed. 
 
On 10 January 2014 the Group also completed the sale of the office building at 
Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire for GBP3.21 million, a very pleasing uplift over 
the prevailing valuation of GBP1.74 million. 
 
The net proceeds of these transactions have been applied to reduce borrowing.
