HEADLINE: Result of Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23 September 2013
shareholders approved the following resolutions:
Ordinary Resolutions
1. to receive the Directors' Report and Financial Statements for the year
ended 31 March 2013;
2. to re-elect Angus Spencer-Nairn a Director of the Company;
3. to elect Philip Austin a Director of the Company;
4. to re-appoint the Auditor and authorise the Directors to determine the
Auditors' remuneration;
Special Resolution
5. that the period of notice required for general meetings of the Company
(other than AGMs) shall be not less than 14 days;
6. that the investment objective and policy set out under the heading
"Investment Policy" on page 11 of the Company's Annual Financial Report for
the year ended 31 March 2013 be approved and adopted.
The resolutions were all passed by show of hands.
