To re-elect Angus Spencer-Nairn a Director of the Company; 
 
Ordinary Resolution 3 
 
To re-elect Susan McCabe a Director of the Company; 
 
Ordinary Resolution 4 
 
To re-appoint the Auditors and authorise the Directors to determine their 
remuneration; 
 
Special Resolution 5 
 
To authorise the Directors to buy back the Company's issued ordinary shares.
