           IndigioVision Group plc ("the Company" or "IndigoVision")



IndigoVision announce completion of a licence and royalty agreement with a major
far-east Fabless Semiconductor Design Company based in Taiwan for use of the
IndigoVision Mainstream MPEG-4 Codec Intellectual Property.  Upfront licence
fees together with maintenance and guaranteed royalty payments will amount to
US$1.4m over the period to July 2006 from this deal. Further royalty payments
may accrue from this contract dependent on the number of products produced. This
agreement follows recent completion of a licensing and royalty agreement with
another major far-east Fabless Semiconductor Design Company based in Taiwan in
January for an estimated minimum of US$630k over the period to July 2006.



Oliver Vellacott, Chief Executive Officer, said:



"These deals do not mark a return to our former licensing business model, but
are restricted to making available our chip design to exploit opportunities
outside the IP Video market. Whilst excellent news, the beneficial effect of
these licence agreements must be taken in the context of sales of #0.9m for the
8 months to the end of March 04 which is behind budgeted sales for that period."

Mainstream IP is a silicon proven, high performance, MPEG-4 Codec designed for
ASIC and SOC applications. Mainstream IP captures and encodes digital video to
the MPEG-4 Simple Profile standard and goes beyond Simple Profile to support
Advanced Simple Profile features for high resolution 4CIF/D1 size images at full
25/30 fps frame rates.  Mainstream is highly scaleable enabling the same core to
support products ranging from low-power mobile phones to PDA's, camcorders,
digital set-top boxes and digital video cameras. The Mainstream IP has been
designed entirely in-house and has been silicon verified by IndigoVision in the
IV8102 ASIC now being used in the IndigoVision 8000 series product range.
