20 October 2011 - Hansen Transmissions International NV (LSE ticker 'HSN') 
reports that on 19 October 2011 it received a transparency notification, which 
shows that on 6 October 2011 BlackRock Inc. has reduced its shareholding in 
Hansen Transmissions International NV to less than 3% of the 670,104,208 total 
voting rights in Hansen Transmissions International NV. 
 
BlackRock Inc. is the ultimate controller of the entities detailed in section 
10 of the subjected transparency notification. These are the discretionary 
Investment Managers who hold the shares and exercise the voting rights.
