                              Directors' dealings

GMV Metals Limited ("the Company") announces the following directors' dealings
on the back of their final results for the year ended 30 June 2006, released on
the ASX on 21 September 2006 and on AIM on 22 September 2006:


Richard Linnell, chairman, has purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at 12p, taking
his holding to 751,550 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.34 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.


Simon Farrell, managing director, has purchased 284,375 ordinary shares at 12p
and 200,000 ordinary shares at 25 cents, taking his holding to 3,221,791
ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.76 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
