GVM Metals Ltd ( ticker: "GVM"), the South African mineral processing and coal
mining company, is pleased to announce that Corporate Synergy Plc has been
appointed as broker with immediate effect.


Corporate Synergy has been granted an option over 1,000,000 ordinary shares in
the Company, 500,000 of which are exercisable at 12p per share for a period of 3
years and 500,000 of which are exercisable at 20p per share for a period of 1
year.
