The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoffrey Baillie Fielding, age 70, as Non Executive Director.

Geoffrey is currently a director of Radiant Growth Investments Limited.

He was previously a director of Fielding International Limited, The Trinidad & Tobago Land and Development Company Limited, Indonesia.com Limited, Republic of Indonesia.com Limited, Dublin.com Limited, Java.com Limited, The NASDAQ club limited, The Investor Relations Club Limited, The Investor Relations Partnership Limited, The Anglo Argentine Property Company Limited and Matrix Valley PLC.

No further information is required for disclosure in respect of Rule 17 or Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Ahmad Nasri, Director of the Company, said:

The Company also announces that at the AGM held on 12 January 2013, all resolutions were duly passed with the exceptions of Resolutions 2 and 3.

As a result of this, Richard Berry and Brian Rowbotham have ceased to be directors of the Company with immediate effect.
