AIM Disclosure Update

Fusionex, an award-winning and market leading international provider of enterprise software specialising in Analytics and Big Data solutions, has been informed of the following additional disclosure required under paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

John Croft, Non-executive Chairman of Fusionex, was appointed as a director of Home Media Networks Limited ("Home Media") on 24 July 2001. On 13 January 2006, Home Media was placed into compulsory liquidation and dissolved on 26 January 2008. The liquidator's statement of final outcome showed that preferential creditors were paid in full and a dividend was paid to the floating charge creditor.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
