In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, F&C Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 30 November 2019 the Company had 561,819,016 ordinary shares in issue (including 19,447,772 held in Treasury). Each such ordinary share has one vote per share.

The total number of voting rights that can be exercised in the Company is, therefore, 542,371,244.
