Yes Mark isn't tweeting , posting or filing.

The company has gone dark. The R/S has been effectively rescinded…not that FINRA would process it anyhow.

The easiest thing for Mark to do is file a Form 15 and let the bag holders keep some faint hope alive for another 15 years.

If it gets revoked…even that glimmer will be snuffed out.

But maybe that is what Mark is going for…some folks might stop bugging him 😆

He did listen to at least one advisor who suggested to announce a R/S and try to apply for a trading market uplist. Bad advice, which we all told him 1 1/2 years ago to retract this move.

Tell him that. The little tw**p won't listen to anyones suggestion. That is why MIKP is in such chaos and distress with no end in sight for all the BS we have encountered for 15 plus years. (BECAUSE ONLY WHAT MARK NEWBAUER SAYS IS IMPORTANT).

The easiest action Mark can do right now is to rescind the reverse split.

You really should be communicating more not just to me but to all long term shareholders who have waited 15 plus years for you to do something. This Mark is very troublesome to shareholders as your style of being a CEO is NOT respecting shareholders. And your lack of action is very troubling. I understand you do not have money but I for one do not want to wait another 15 years for what appears to be an endless shenanigan.

Show respect for others and they will show more respect from you. Right now I would say 80 percent (at least) of shareholders DO NOT TRUST YOU based on your words and lack of action based on those words.

A form 15 is a step backward. But sometimes you need to step back and reevaluate your decision. My thoughts are rescinded the R/S , file a form 15 and get MIKP trading again.

Form 15 is a one page doc. Check box and scribble in integer of # of shareholders. It's very simple. CEO doesn't seem to want to save this for some reason.

No you won't. You will either give it to your attorney for the OK to file which will take months or you will fire everyone for the third time and start over from scratch.

The reverse split way. The don't pay your people back way. The don't have a shareholder meeting every three months way (I mean every month way); The don't listen to what people have to say way. The take 15 plus year way; The I do not have any money to file way. The Newbauer way.

You can't fault FINRA for their delay; only YOURSELF! You are (MIKP) the longest standing startup company I have ever seen.

We are a startup company and albeit I’m extremely grateful for what *** and *** helped with on this, and am fully confident it will be repaid and the stock will regain both value and investor confidence, [b]we are also very low on available funds to service what should not have taken as long as it has with FINRA.

Well he is behind by one 10K and three 10Qs.

And on March 31 you can add another delinquent 10K on top of that.

The last reporting period covered by a financial filing was Q3 2023.

We are now in Q1 2025. From here on out the risk of revocation only grows.

He was filing with the SEC in mid 2023 then when he filed to upgrade, move the company main office address to Delaware and do a R/S the chit hit the fan. Mark last filing was August of 2024.

I do agree the delay is probably MIKP lack the money to complete the filing to become current.

He should use company generated PR’s or SEC filings.

If he is using Twitter he has never made a disclosure saying that he was going to use it to disseminate information as the rule requires.

He was able to swindle some supporters into giving him money to get registered, with the hope that doing so would create enough of a pop in the process to get out with something.

That was a complete failure…and he has not paid back the money.

And he is unlikely to be able to get anyone to give him money again…and each missed filing is another jump in the cost to get back to current.

At this point I would not be surprised if he lets it get revoked so people will give up bugging him and go away.

He’s an insurance salesman…maybe he should just focus on that.
