Enhanced Systems Technologies Limited (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (previously Wasabi Energy Limited) advises that the share consolidation has now completed. The consolidated and new shares will be allotted to the new ISIN AU000000ESY7 on 2 June 2014. The Company's total issued share capital is 37,264,961, consisting of 4,862,342 consolidated shares and 32,402,619 new shares and will be amended on AIM effective of 3 June 2014. Trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended.
