PROPERTY DISPOSAL


Ensor Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today completed the
sale of a surplus freehold property in Worcester. Consideration for the sale is
#940,000, which results in a net book profit on disposal of #400,000. The profit
will be recognised in the Group accounts for the year ending 31 March 2005. The
proceeds will be used to reduce bank debt.
