Ensor Holdings plc announces that it has today disposed of the Fixed Assets,
Stock and Goodwill of its wall tie manufacturing operation carried on at
Marple, Near Stockport, Cheshire.



The cash consideration for these assets is #554,000 which will be used to
repay bank  borrowings.



The net profits attributable to the wall tie manufacturing activities were #
72,000 in the year to 31 March 2000 and the net asset value of assets disposed
of is #474,000.
