Ensor Holdings plc has today been informed of the sale, by the Trustees of the 
Ensor Group Pension Fund on 28 February 2002, of 500,000 ordinary shares in 
Ensor Holdings plc at 16 pence per share.

As a result, the non-beneficial interests of the following directors have each 
been reduced by 500,000 to the following amounts:
 
Kenneth Arthur Harrison       665,016 ordinary shares
David Leonard Bagnall         665,016 ordinary shares
Brian Morgan                  665,016 ordinary shares
