Ensor Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces it has granted options over     
200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each on 18 December 2006 to Roger Harrison, a 
Non-executive Director of the Company, under the Company's existing EMI      
Scheme. The options are exercisable after one year from the date of grant at 
a price of 25p per share. Mr Harrison is currently the beneficial owner of   
10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company representing approximately
