                               DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Roger
Harrison and Peter Regis have been appointed as non-executive directors of the
Company with effect from 2 February 2006. Their long and appropriate experience
will strengthen that of the existing Board.

Brian Morgan, who is currently a non-executive director, will retire from the
board on 28 March 2006, at the age of 74, after many years with the Company.

Further information:

Anthony Roger Harrison, aged 50, is currently a director of OSA Door Parts
Limited and, within the last five years, was also a director of DOCO
International Limited, Harrison Doors Limited, Interupper Limited, E.D.S.
Realisations Limited and RIB (UK) Limited.
